I could listen to a babbling brook

Recently I ventured outside because the light was just GORGEOUS. I snapped a few pictures of some delicious bing cherries I bought at the grocery store..it was so much fun! :D My neighbor lady friend came out to sit on her porch swing (it's like a duplex) and I chatted with her for a bit. She will let me use her lawn mower..I've never mowed the lawn before! I will have to employ some help (aka david).

In other news..I was looking at goodwill for a rad, sequined out dresses (I'm throwing a cats 'n' sequins tea party" soon) but happened upon this lovely 40s number. It's so quaint and darling! I wore it out for "first fridays" with la la lauren. We always wear the funkiest/funnest clothes and look at alllllll the art exhibitions in fountain square (this hip artsy district of indianapolis). We always meet the funniest people..like last time we went this guy who builds furniture demanded we get in this old warn down cart and he pushed us around the gallery for a free ride. haha.  This time we met some interesting people, too! Pics, of course!

the dress..i noticed in this picture you can TOTALLY see through the dress (ugh)..I'll have to fix that...
